Membership opens on Monday 3 August 2026, with our full launch on Monday 7 September 2026.The AI and Cyber Security Association (AICSA) is pleased to announce that it has been formally incorporated as a company limited by guarantee, registered in England and Wales as of 14 July 2026.
The organisation is now registered at Companies House as AI and Cyber Security Association Limited, company number 17337961, with a registered office address at The Oakley, Kidderminster Road, Droitwich, Worcestershire, WR9 9AY. The company status is active.
Incorporating as a company limited by guarantee is a natural step for the AICSA and is a more formal footing from which to grow. This structure is used widely by professional bodies, membership organisations and not for profit associations, because it has no shareholders and no share capital. Any surplus will be reinvested into the work of the organisation rather than distributed as profit, which means the AICSA can continue to put its members, its community and its mission first. Membership opens on Monday 3 August 2026, with our full launch on Monday 7 September 2026.
For our members, partners and supporters, this brings a clearer governance framework, greater transparency and a more formal footing from which to grow when we open officially next month. It is a signal of our long-term commitment to being the global voice for AI and security, and to representing the professionals working at the point where artificial intelligence and cyber security meet.
